We Spent Years Telling You About Our Screener. It’s Time We Told You the Rest.

When we launched our current cognitive assessment battery, we built our identity around one idea: a faster, more accurate way to screen. Faster than a Mini-Cog. More accurate than an MMSE. Something that could fit into a primary care visit and ease workflow friction for clinicians. And for a long time, that was our product, and our website told that story.

That story isn’t wrong today. It’s just no longer complete.

The cognitive care landscape is shifting quickly. We now have two FDA-approved treatments that only work if a patient is caught at the MCI stage or earlier. CMS’s V28 model has rewritten how dementia severity gets documented and reimbursed. Health systems and Medicare Advantage plans aren’t asking whether we can detect cognitive impairment anymore. They are asking what happens after we do: who gets notified, what care plans look like, EHR documentation, how a patient’s status gets tracked over time. These are important questions for anyone involved in cognitive care, and our previous website was never built to answer them.

Neurotrack has become the infrastructure underneath the whole arc of cognitive care. The assessment is still key, but our platform also provides diagnostic support to help clinicians act with confidence, a care pathway that follows a positive result, the resources to aid the patient and their family, and EHR integration that doesn’t burden current workflows.

Internally, we call this our cognitive care enablement platform. It’s time our website said so too.

This isn’t a rebrand for its own sake, it’s our website catching up to the work we’ve already done, currently do, and what the market is asking for. When I speak with health system leaders now, the conversation has shifted from “how accurate is your test” to “what does the platform do after the test.” That’s the better conversation, and our new website answers it. If you thought of us as just a screening company, take a look around. We’ve grown into the platform this moment in cognitive care actually calls for.
